When developing the questionnaire for our congregation, we elected to modify the “Profile” type questionnaire to make the questions a bit more understandable. The results also then made it easier to document in a graphic dimension. We also developed a set of questions that would allow us to summarize and further refine the answers into a format whereby we could ascertain our true core values for our group.
